Parade Sashes - Two Methods
Parade sashes are provided in either of two methods:
Method: Dye-Sublimation on Polyester Fabric
This style of parade or pageant sash is dye-printed using dye-sublimation colorfast ink on polyester fabric. They can be printed with custom lettering or design, or with most common stock names and designations. The sash may have your organization or company name, or designations for President, Vice-President, etc.
Sashes may be in tri-color format to accommodate different organization, ethnicities, and events. Blank (without copy) sashes are also available in solid color or in tri-color variations.
Sashes that are printed using dye-sublimation ink on polyester 200 Denier fabric are considered the best quality and more prestigious in appearance. Dyed colors will be brilliant and very appealing to the eye. The sashes themselves are multi-layered. The ink is colorfast and permanent.
Method: Pigmented Ink Print on Treated Polyester Fabric:
This style of sash is printed using Pigmented Ink on a treated polyester fabric. The fabric is treated for excellent color and ink stability. It is considered more of an economy method and can result in substantial savings. The construction of the sash itself can be single layered or multi-layered, hemmed or un-hemmed, as the treatment on the polyester fabric prevents fraying. The appearance of the layout elements, such as copy and logo, will have more of a matte appearance.

If your project requires sashes in volume, this method may be most affordable and appropriate.
